The perpetrator, identified as 28-year-old Lenni Rodriguez-Cruz, allegedly caused havoc on the streets before his arrest. According to reports, Rodriguez-Cruz slammed into an NYPD vehicle and subsequently smashed into three other vehicles before finally coming to a halt.

His reckless actions led to his arrest and subsequent detention in a holding cell at the 103rd Precinct building.
