Much to the dismay of Democrats in Louisiana, state Rep. Jeremy LaCombe announced he’ll be joining the Republican Party in the coming months; he’s not even the first to do this.
As it would turn out, two other Democrats have already done this in a month. It’s been less than a week since North Carolina Rep. Tricia Cotham decided she’ll be switching from blue to a much more fitting red color.
Democratic turncoats are growing in number
At the end of the day, who can blame them?
The Democrats have become far too radical for the taste of many. Any sensible person would much rather stick with the side that’s trying to protect this nation, rather than the one destroying it bit by bit.

Fox News reported on the developments in Louisiana, going over a report from the Advocate. It announced that Jeremy LaCombe left the Democrat Party and he’ll be registering as a Republican very soon.
The reasons for LaCombe’s departure from the party are still unknown. Although we’re definitely seeing a pattern beginning to form.
Another Louisiana Democrat, Rep. Francis Thompson, did the same thing this month, allowing Republicans in the state House a majority with his switch over to the Republican Party.

President Biden isn’t fooling anyone
There could be dozens of reasons why so many Democrats are giving up on their own party, but the most obvious one would probably be Joe’s abysmal approval rating.
In fact, if you look at the data, you’ll find there’s a handful of people who actually prefer to see him governing this country; it’s gotten so bad that even his approval among Democrats has fallen below 78%.

A red wave may not have come last November, but with this turn of events, we could easily expect a red tsunami instead, come 2024.
