Vice President Kamala Harris Struggles with Net Negative Approval Ratings

The Biden administration has objectively failed the United States with fewer than 12 months on the job. Despite the best efforts of the White House to employ revisionist history, the facts and data speak for themselves.

Every single poll coming out shows that Americans are not on board with the direction the Biden administration is taking the country. People are worried about inflation and concerned about this president’s policies wrecking their lives.

At this point, it is common knowledge that Biden’s poll numbers are horrendous. With that in mind, Kamala Harris, the vice president, isn’t doing any better. Across multiple polls, her numbers are just as bad as Biden’s, if not slightly worse, as Breitbart News confirms.

The American People on the Vice President

Several days ago, a Hill/HarrisX poll was released, tracking the numbers of approval and disapproval of the vice president. To say things are not looking good for Harris is an understatement.

The aforementioned poll determined that five out of ten US voters do not approve of Harris’ job performance as vice president. Meanwhile, only 43% of voters informed Hill/HarrisX that they do, in fact, approve of the vice president’s job performance thus far.

While 52% of Americans view Biden in an unfavorable manner, 54% perceive Harris unfavorably. Moreover, as 43% of Americans have a favorable outlook on Biden, only 38% view Harris in a favorable light.

Suffice it to say, the findings from Tuesday’s poll are very much in keeping with additional surveys that show Harris with a net negative in approval ratings from the American people.

Biden isn’t doing much better than Harris, either. In fact, there are even certain surveys that have the 46th president’s approval rating below 40%. If Biden and Harris continue on their current route in 2022, the New Year will likely see both of their approval ratings continue to decline.

Increasingly Negative Press Surrounding Harris

Since about mid-November, the mainstream media coverage of the vice president has taken an increasingly negative turn.

Harris faces accusations of subjecting the people who work for her to an adversarial environment. The reality that multiple members of her team have turned in their resignations also doesn’t do much to put these reports to bed.

Furthermore, assertions of animosity between Harris and Biden are also afoot. Last month, White House insiders told CNN the White House was subjecting Harris to ill treatment and not setting her up to do well.

Following these claims, in a Good Morning America interview, Harris contended that she doesn’t feel mistreated by the White House at all.
